Day 2

Nairobi to Amboseli

This day marks the transition from the capital city into Kenya’s southern safari circuit. Day 3

Full day in Amboseli

The day is spent exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Amboseli National Park, with an early-morning game drive across the open plains and wetlands where large herds of elephants are often seen against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Key hotspots include the swamp areas that attract wildlife at dawn, the open savannahs ideal for predator sightings and the iconic Observation Hill, which offers panoramic views of the entire ecosystem. Day 4

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Upon arrival, a game drive is conducted enroute to the lodge, offering the first introduction to Tsavo West’s dramatic volcanic landscapes, rugged hills and dense bushland.

Day 5

Full Day in Tsavo West National Park

Day 5 in Tsavo West National Park begins with an early morning game drive, offering guests the opportunity to explore the park while wildlife is most active and the temperatures are still cool. This is a rewarding time to spot elephants, giraffes, buffalo and other animals moving across the scenic landscapes of the park.

Later in the morning, guests visit the famous Mzima Springs, one of Tsavo West’s most remarkable natural attractions. Here, crystal-clear waters flow from underground sources, creating a refreshing oasis that attracts hippos, crocodiles and a variety of bird species. It is a peaceful and scenic stop that highlights the unique beauty of the park.

After the excursion, guests return to the lodge for lunch and a period of relaxation, allowing time to rest and enjoy the surroundings. In the afternoon, there is an optional game drive for those who wish to continue exploring the park or guests may choose to unwind at the lodge at their own pace.

Day 6

Tsavo West to Tsavo East

After breakfast, depart Tsavo West and continue your journey into Tsavo East National Park, enjoying a scenic game drive along the way as you transition between the two parks. Tsavo East offers wide open landscapes and is well known for its iconic red-dust elephants and abundant wildlife sightings in a more expansive, untamed setting.

Upon arrival at the lodge, check in and enjoy lunch followed by a period of rest and relaxation. In the afternoon, proceed for a game drive to explore more of Tsavo East’s wildlife and scenery before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7

Tsavo East to Diani Beach

The day begins with an early morning game drive in Tsavo East National Park, when the wildlife is most active and the park is bathed in the soft golden light of sunrise. This is a final opportunity to experience Tsavo’s vast open plains and its famous red-dust elephants, along with possible sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras and large herds of buffalo moving across the savannah.

After the game drive, guests return to the lodge for breakfast and a short rest before beginning the journey towards Kenya’s southern coast. The drive takes you through changing landscapes—from the dry savannah of Tsavo to greener coastal vegetation as you approach the Indian Ocean region.

Upon arrival in Diani Beach, guests check in at their beach resort. The afternoon is reserved for relaxation, allowing you to unwind after the safari. Day 8

Diani Beach

Day 9

Diani to Nairobi

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the resort with time to take in the final moments of the coastal atmosphere. Depending on flight schedules, guests will be transferred to Ukunda Airport for a flight back to Nairobi, connecting with their international departure. Alternatively, guests may choose to extend their stay in Diani for additional leisure time at the beach
